Are all withdrawals in C-CEX used fee 2250 satoshi or less than 10000 satoshi ? some withdrawal hampered because it uses a low fee
while each user pays 20000 satoshi for each withdrawal  some of my friends complain about this issue maybe you can consider the issue of the withdrawal fee

I'm sure all withdrawals today experiencing the same thing do not know why the c-CEX pay a very low fee when users pay 20k satoshi
If c-CEX want to take advantage of the withdrawal fee is not a problem should menaikkna withdrawal fee let's wait for the response of c-CEX

My advice should raise fees

Also having that issue with BTC withdraws not confirming for 12+ hours because the actual fee 0.0000373 is less than recommended minimum - while the user pays 0.0002 BTC for some reason.

I'm sure that is just a mistake, it's not like they would get rich from making a couple cents here and there.

Looks like btc network was overloaded that time. All the transactions were created normally like always but still they took much more time to confirm. From our side we already increased tx fee so this issue looks fixed now. Currently all that transactions already have >100 confirmations. Apologies for inconvenience you may have because of btc blockchain.

Friendly and trusted my arse.When someone hacked my account and took everything to this day they have never gave me access to my account to see where it went to what address nothing,just said it was locked for there inquiries that was bloody 6 months ago and I had 2FA on my account.To me they are just scammers

I never mixed up anything i quoted what you wrote on the start of your thread.Your support wont do anything because management told them to deny me access.As I said Scammers and liars thats my opinion of the company
