When will the BURST wallet be out of maintenance?
And also I am getting a lot of failed instant withdrawals recently for MOIN. It's happened on a number of times now so is there some issue with the wallet? Each time this happens I have to wait for the coins to be added back into my C-cex account and then withdraw again which is annoying.

Ticket please. Sometimes coin wallets, due to inner limitations or bugs, gives us unexpected errors like "transaction creation failed" or "transaction too large". We do not split transactions ourselves because it may not be suitable for our customers. Those issues are impossible to control from our side because we are not developers of those wallets. Usually we verify each issues of this kind and put coins back to balance if they was not really sent.

Hi, I would send in a support ticket but it says this: Your withdrawal was not instant and got queued? Don't worry - it will be processed soon or we will put coins back to balance in case wallet is unable to process it. No need to open ticket. So if this keeps happening why don't you guys just send my coins manually instead of putting the coins back into my account as this keeps happening. It's not happening elsewhere just here.

why don't you guys just send my coins manually instead of putting the coins back into my account.
Already answered above - wallet can't create transaction with given amount. It's wallet limitation - not ours. So kindly try to withdraw using different amounts. Anyway - in case you find more difficulties with this - just open ticket and request manual withdrawal with any amounts to a given address. We will confirm it with reply and will do everything possible to process it by parts. This case is rare and it may happen only because of bad wallet implementation. It never happens with major coins like BTC, LTC, DOGE or DASH - we have same wallets for years with hundreds of thousands transactions for tens of thousands accounts and they work fine for any amounts.

I transfered 0.13650816 BTC from Poloniex wallet, to my C-cex BTC wallet. This was done some time after 2am EST. My username is 9111007. Soon it will be 12 hours after Poloniex confiirmed the transfer, and there is still no BTC balance/deposit in my C-cex BTC wallet. Why is taking so long to show the deposit? The wallet address is correct.
I opened a ticket after 35 minutes without deposit. It was submitted at 2016-07-28 02:49:30 from login name\account 9111007. Can you please attend this situation? What it's going on at C-cex?
