You are an exchange and you "lost" both the main and backup wallets and it was "impossible" to recover. Now instead of refunding equivalent amount or coins back to users, IF you are really trustworthy...you spun up a XVGCT coin out of thin air and are asking holders to trade? Why will XVGCT be the same as XVG...is it a real coin? Is there a use case for it (Is it a privacy coin? nope a fucking refund token), how and why will you get earnings from it? and what will be the value of verge by the time this shitcoin xvgct raises to 700 sats? (IF at all possible). You are not even refunding 50% to users back...you are making them go through trading to get what...10% back??

So basically, you are thieves and cheaters. And its ridiculous that you are still operating, you think you just bought yourselves time after a robbery. That's ok, until you really return back the coins or money to the users, you guys will live a pathetic life. Every day when you eat food...just remember that you are eating off of thousands of innocent people's hard earned money. Live in fear of someone catching you for the rest of your lives. Karma will get you back...Everyone you care for will get affected in the worst possible way in all phases of your and their lives because of this. I've yet to receive my XVGCT tokens because I was trying to transfer out and their system ate my coin, then they didn't fix my problem for two days and then went on vacation...  So yesterday I can finally get in to open a new ticket (since the one from before was closed), so I open a ticket explaining the situation and receive a canned response back about checking my history, etc. to make sure everything was correct (yes, it is, maybe you as support should do this, but sure, make me screenshot it from your own site to give to you), so went I do this and go in to reply with a screenshot from their site and a screenshot of the ticket they closed two months ago about THIS ISSUE and I see the reply button is now missing, but I can open up another ticket...  BUT, per the rules, if I do that they'll ban me for spamming tickets...

I think C-CEX is dumping XVG... check the orders, there are several orders of 1M in selling at 40 SAT... it is clear what he is doing... Probably much more XVGCT than XVG are circulating ... much more.

12:00 UTC Zeit, um mein XVG zu einem markenähnlichen Preis zu kaufen.
Das nächste, was ich sonst poste, ist die Aktennummer der Strafanzeige, die allen Europäern als Bezugspunkt dienen wird.
Du solltest froh sein, dass ich die 22 Cent, die ich verkauft habe, nicht haben will. Einkaufen eine Woche später und es wäre 5 mal mehr xvg gewesen!

This is not an acceptable solution. Just look at the price. You did this intentionally so the people would not get full refund as some are desperate for at least something. Not me, I want ALL my earnings. Do you really expect us to wait for a whole year before you get to my tokens? Most people didn't even get your stupid tokens yet!

No problem - just set your sell order at market price and we will refund it with BTC as soon as it will be possible.

I hope this is true, because currently my 11k xvg is showing a total of 2 dollars for me.
