Hi again! Good that you are online. But to be frank, none of my questions are actually answered by your posts. Please try and answer the below questions, as many of us struggle to understand:

• Are you aware of the angry mob of customers who are frustrated with your exchange at the moment?
• Do you realize this has to do with the loss of XVG and how you are handling this situation? (it's been over six months now)
• What's your opinion regarding instantly paying back those customers (fiat currency or BTC or the like) to compensate for their losses, instead of this replacement token program?

Be extremely careful when you withraw linda because I lost my linda coins when I tried to withraw from C-CEX to Cryptopia. Try to withraw very little first and if it's ok than the rest.

I do see the email or message that you recently changed up your password on your c-cex account. Im not sure that they do have that security feature where they do have pending withdrawals once you have changed password of the account because most exchange i do encounter they do really froze it out but the thing confuses me is that you do able to get the confirmation link of such withdrawal.
Reaching them thru support would take time since they are on now on limited service due to summer vacation. Basing on this post this might be the main reason of pending
