i did withdrawal of 0.1btc and it works, but in previous days few withdrawals failed with no txid
i just refreshing support page few times until i was able to put ticket and they return failed withdrawals to my wallets
but situation about doge/ltc is bad. accounts for withdrawals was depleted (stolen) so they needs to be filled again - maybe from fees or so. this can explain why low amounts can be withdrawed but higher ones no. forget about withdraw boge/ltc, just convert it to something else and then make transfer

DOGE and LTC balances stolen
We regret to inform that there was a breach discovered by hackers in our withdrawal procedures. They was able to repeat same withdrawals several times. Our DOGE and LTC completely depleted. As DOGE and LTC withdrawals of current user balances are no more possible - we transfered them to "Hold" balances. So now you can see your past DOGE and LTC balance as "DOGE on hold" and "LTC on hold".
Important! Do not send DOGE or LTC to old addresses! You need to get new address for new deposits!
The breach is already fixed. All other balances including BTC are fine.
We welcome everybody to report hackers. We are open for authorities to collaborate. Here some info about hackers:
They used lots of different accounts to perform this attack.
Most of IP used: 196.221.127.186, 156.161.167.35, 156.218.142.74
Most of E-mails used:
It's really sad because until now I can't see my DOGE balance, I have sent a support ticket and until now there has been no answer, I hope they immediately return my DOGE. thanks |

Smart move. I had coins locked up in c-cex for their 3 month winter vacation 2017/18. The BBP coin and community are now my top choice.
I trust the BBP developers. They are really good people and some of them fully dedicated to BBP coin. I know they will not abandon the coin no matter what and they will fix any technical issue with the wallet. Not like BTCZ! |

I know they will not abandon the coin no matter what and they will fix any technical issue with the wallet. Not like BTCZ! BTCZ fixed all issues with a hard fork. The problem was C-cex refused to upgrade whereas everyone did. They likely performed the hard hard fork and sold user's funds. |

My experience from using this exchange is pretty bad, I have tried to withdraw $500 each day during 3 days annd got banned after 3rd day without any notification or precaution, just banned and that's it. Contacted support but they said our security blocked your account and you can't restore it anymore. You know what is a funny thing? I have done strict KYC there with a lot of hassle, so they have my data and they banned for nothing.
Well my experience is also not good with this exchange, I don't know why they are losing their faith. I have deposited two kind of coins, ZZC and SIBCOIN, none of them posted to my C-CEX wallet with enough confirmations on explorer. The problem is, they are not responding on any medium, support queue is always full, not replying to Tweets, all of their channels are dead! |

Fortunately I only made c-cex as an alternative if other markets were not available, the number of complaints certainly made the reputation of c-cex deteriorate and I hoped they could pay attention and solve about it.

How in the world the exchange that works since 2013 as they claim? can be such a bad place to trade? I bet if binance would be built in 2013 it would become the biggest exchange in crypto ever. C-Cex has very bad management team, it's obvious. The exchange which is built in 2013 should perform much better by any sides! Personally, I'll never come back to this exchange. There a lot of exchanges are building up with fiat pairs. |

This is very big amount hopefully this will sort out soon with good for you I requested 0.03 few days back after this my account was not accessible and now I am losing my hope as support is also not responding but still daily checking this thread and site. |

You are absolutely right !!!!! I lost 700000 DOGE and no anser from any C-CEX support !!!! I also did a full study of this scam exchange and with 100% sure that this C-CEX stilling all the monay !!! |

Try to look at on OP last active time it was just on last weeks after making an announcement of hacking incident and didnt online after that without even noticing or updating things on most users who are complaining on here.So what would be the jurisdiction?

Christmas holiday is coming and they would surely announce later on that they would start to have a holiday once again because of that season. |
