For Sale FREE: The TRUTH about GAW Miners!

We think users can read through the post above and come to their own conclusion about what is actually happening here.

But, we will generally respond:

To be clear, there has never been a time we have compensated a customer or forum member to "cover a misstep" or a "bribe".

As we are new to this business there have been rare occasions we were not able to meet the overwhelming demand we have received. If you read the post above, you will see we have been open about those times.

In those handful of occasions, we have made the decision to compensate customers for: down time and delays in shipping. In short, we have compensated a customer when we have dropped the ball or fell short. We believe this is a practice all companies should adopt.

We have also offered to provide products for review, so folks could get a feel of the services we are offering and provide feedback. We have set the bar high and we like to be challenged to do better and go further. We believe providing review products is one good way of doing this.

This is exactly what we offered the user above. An opportunity to review our services, before they came to a conclusion without being a customer. We also stated that they had a right to write whatever they felt the results of the review were.

Quoted from above
Gaw:
"Cool, I will have it set up, please remove the post you have as to give it a proper review. Naturally, you would post whatever you want once the review period is over."

Unfortunately, the user then made demands (one week of free hosting, 42,000+ KH/s for 48 hours free) that we did not think were reasonable review requirements. We decided not to meet those demands, but instead, continued to offer our original review period. The user was not happy with that, then threatened to write this post if we did not comply with their demands.

All of this is outlined in what the user posted above.

We have worked hard to earn the reputation of supporting our customers, great shipping times, and great prices. This is reflected in both our threads (both moderated and unmoderated):

Thank you for your support and time. Despite these setbacks, we will continue to exceed your expectations.
