We understand that you are advertising a similar project so... I think you either did not read our whitepaper or you just did not understand it. The launch of the cryptocurrency exchange is just the first phase. Technical paper will be available for the main third phase at a later time. Most projects listing their tokens on the exchange before completing the final product (Golem, lisk, etc.). Investors want it.
