What is a sign that someone is a genuinely good person?

This is a great question. There are so many characteristics that some people fake, which can make them SEEM like good people, when really they are just posturing or manipulating others. Having been personally duped many times by such people, I’ve learned to be wary. And I’ve made some observations that now help me in determining someone’s true character

I do not know the traits of really good people, but I know the characteristics of people who pretend good, namely:
1. He only appreciates if the person has the power or position
2. He tries hard to make other people like her
3. Depression will concern
4. He's gossiping too much
5. He is easy to make commitments, but rarely keeps them
6. He criticizes others to make him look better
7. He shows off all the time
