Actually the forks are very useful, the more forks, the higher are the chances for any of them to succeed. And we don't loose anything here. The forks diversify the risks in other words.

At the Fork, any amount in ETH for example 0.01 will also receive 0.01 Exereum? And as for the tokens ERC20, will they be present in both blockhain?

this is a common fork, as for me so all forks are doomed to failure, except maybe zcash, its price is really impressive, but if we talk about ETC, then the price is scant ..

The Exereum is a fork from Ethereum and is in no way an attempt to undermine Ethereum or to complete. Rather it is an improvement, with newer and more advanced features. There is not going to be an ICO, this is prove that it is a non commercialized project.
