You never have to use a middleman exchange again. You can already use the Blocknet Decentralised exchange to trade BTC, LTC, SYS and BAY. Its completely trustless.

Polo has completely gone to shit, the trollbox is full of complaints about missing deposits, stuck withdrawals and lag.
It's getting a kicking on Twitter and deservedly so.
It's a shame, it used to be really good, now it's just a bunch of hopeless geeks and has cost me $150 so far.

i was muted on troll box about a few minutes ago when i complained about my 7 bitcoin withdraw. this can't be real... almost 20 hours of waiting 20 hours? you sir make me laugh. I posted a withdraw over 2 weeks ago. And guess wat, the next day after making the withdraw my account was locked. Tickets aren't answered.... This is bs. |

As far I see withdrawal and deposit issue are up to ~4 days support delay or so...
Verification is a lot longer... they are still stuck, in 2 weeks I see support ticker ID rise by 30 000

For the first time since i am using poloniex 2014 i wait for an withdraw for more than 14 hours...
im already 20 days stuckbut guys, all my bitcoin in blockchain.info also stuck, so i think the problem is with bitcoin and the forcing of extremely high fee are all the other altcoins also having this same problem? poloniex seems only accepting coins and prevent withdrawal, i try send stellar from wallet and bitcoin from bittrex and received in polo fast poloniex never reply, that is intolerable |

For people having trouble getting bitcoin. I am interested to know has there been a TXID generated or not. If the btc has a TXID they sent it and its held up on BlockChain. If it is just waiting for approval and no transaction has been sent then they are holding the coin for some reason. Either way they should communicate and let everyone know what the problem is. This is very troubling.

I haven't got any problems either. 'till they locked my account and for 2 weeks I get no response back. They locked my account right after I made a withdraw and was waiting for it to be approved. |

what's up with level 2 verification, i submitted verification request 2 month ago, and it say "incomplete" already submitted ticket 1 month ago but no one from support give damn. i don't know why this exchange is so populer. and i can't even send msg to trollbox it just doesn't send msg. no i'm not banned from trollbox.

Poloniex has all kinds of issues. Apparently DDOS attacks. Time to stick with bittrex. Better coins on there anyways.
Bittrex also has way higher limits.

I moved to https://tuxexchange.com, its great and does not lag. It also has 0% maker fee, active support and they are a registrated Canadian company. Its def. one of the best exchanges I tried! Give it a Try! |
