I´ve been trying withdraw my siacoins for one month now.. everytime the withdraw is not disabled i get a complete error..
was no problem the mods deleted the transaction and i had the coins back..but now the mods says they can´t do anything and i should write a support ticket... as shoutbox says i will have to wait then for months..

Looking at the other people in the shoutbox many users have the problems with different coins.

Looks like next Mt. Gox is comming.

Please note: if you need support, the fastest way to get it is to open a ticket at poloniex.freshdesk.com. Please include all relevant information, e.g. txid for deposits, exact amounts, etc. And please, don't open multiple tickets with the same problem, or send the same issue to several different places. It will only slow things down.

So... let's slow things down.

no one from poloniex monitors this thread so no point putting in requests. best to move to bittrex. much better and response time.

I deposited BTC and signed up, 13 days ago.
Due to Washington state address they frozen my account and said they would send me back my btc.

They have not sent back my multiple BTC and refuse to answer any support tickets.

I have had my lawyer send the company's registered agent a formal request for my BTC and will be  taking further action shortly.


BEWARE TRADERS





NOW 23 days without any support from POLONIEX.

I have sent a registered letter to agent in Delaware and no reply, I will be starting a website for all those people that have issues with POLONIEX and see if there is enough people out there to start a class action suit against the company.

I have been having trouble depositing NXT. I sent my NXT to the correct deposit address but it still has not gone through. Its confirmed on the blockchain and everything. I think this might be a problem with the way poloniex stores NXT. Has anyone else had issues with this?

I hover over "BALANCES", and the three menu items appear, but clicking on them doesn't result in going anywhere.  Same for ORDERS, the picture of a spanner, and the picture of a head and shoulders.

Anyone else seeing this?

This is with chromium on Debian 8.  With firefox, it is working okay.

Fucking glitchy web shit browers wibble.  This is not how the world should be.

Do I need the numerical NXT address for withdrawing NXTs from Polo? Or the other address?
