RIP Polo Trollbox 6/7/2017 "OldManKidd: To meet the increasing demands on support staff, the Trollbox has been disabled indefinitely and moderators have been reallocated to assist in support." The last comment ever made was : "Maser: acedark90, i think you are nutz" And the last person ever to be banned was : "Banhammer: Crypt0k1ng banned for 1 days, 0 hours, and 0 minutes by Popcorntime" The last Pink to speak was : "cryptologyx: funnyguy, takes too long for a a page to open for me...box has been laggy too...for me" I guess it was a long time coming but sad to see the Trollbox go. Maybe somehow it can be started elsewhere.

Submission of repeat tickets only increases our backlog and does not get your ticket reviewed faster. Manual effort must be expended to identify, match, and consolidate tickets to ensure the issue has been addressed. Repeat submission needlessly slows resolution not only of your ticket, but of all other outstanding tickets.

I deposited BTC and signed up, 13 days ago. Due to Washington state address they frozen my account and said they would send me back my btc.
They have not sent back my multiple BTC and refuse to answer any support tickets.
Ticket # 153119 Ticket # 171678
I have had my lawyer send the company's registered agent a formal request for my BTC and will be taking further action shortly.
BEWARE TRADERS
NOW 23 days without any support from POLONIEX. I have sent a registered letter to agent in Delaware and no reply, I will be starting a website for all those people that have issues with POLONIEX and see if there is enough people out there to start a class action suit against the company.

I have been having trouble depositing NXT. I sent my NXT to the correct deposit address but it still has not gone through. Its confirmed on the blockchain and everything. I think this might be a problem with the way poloniex stores NXT. Has anyone else had issues with this?

This is with chromium on Debian 8. With firefox, it is working okay. Fucking glitchy web shit browers wibble. This is not how the world should be.

Poloniex never again !!! Their decision to relocate the trollbox moderators to helpdesk might be a good decision, they certainly understaffed on support (that's why the pending tickets response) and I think their previous command chain is the trollbox moderators will forward complains addressed to them to the helpdesk. But, since the helpdesk themselves are understaffed, the bottle-neck event happened. By relocating the staff to that position, they might solve the problems because they move the staff who (harshly say) "did nothing useful" to a more helpful sector
