For polo to ask for adding a coin devs and coin supporters should use this form : https://poloniex.com/coinRequest

They don't say anything about how they decide what to add or not.

I thought polo take a review in regards to the coin's feature (is it innovative or not) and the likeliness of the coin to be abandoned by the devs. There must be a reason why polonis reputable and quite difficult (in a good term for us, the trader) for new coins to penetrate polo.

Hi Guys, can you please consider VirtualCoin (VC), we have a impressive team along with huge user support.
We are going up, but need a more reputable exchange for long term growth & development. Most of us are associated with it since 2014.

Has i wrote just two lines above, to ask poloniex to add a coin you have to go trough this page https://poloniex.com/coinRequest

Poloniex staff don't read this tread, by a lot of time, and they don't care of request made here.

I've had a support ticket open for 28 hours now.  Can't get my ETH out of Polo.

Anyone have suggestions as to how to expedite this?

Have you tried bringing this up to the trollbox? The moderators are quite responsive on chat and probably could help you with what to do. Strange that you got stuck, because I just withdraw some ETH around 12 hours ago and it took only minutes to land safely on my wallet

Trollbox goes way to fast and the box is too small. You can hardly follow a conversation there. If I want to convert some ETH <> BTC , I just deposit it to a dice-site and convert it. Way faster then Poloniex.

About trollbox, actually you can pop it up to other window where you will get a screen-wide chatbox. The buttom is next to the chatbox

i deposited some BITCOINS by mistake at poloniex that i needed to withdrawal shortly after.
Awaiting Approval 3 days now, I have 3 tickets being PROCESSED and nada.

i use VPN, not always necessarily the same browser and had one account with no activity that i had forgotten about that i linked.

so now, what would it take to speed this all up and have my bitcoins back to my wallet?

Yes, poloniex is legit, been on the scene by a lot of time. Poloniex support here is inexistent.

do you confirmed the wd, with the link from the email they send you ?

If yes, then better option is to open a ticket on their support system.

My sad story - for some reason the emails from polo were being blocked  by att/bellsouth/yahoo and started march 1, 2017 for me. Tried to with draw some, just some, of my btc balance.

Was told I have to create a  sub account - already done trying to get a transfer
and by default they are linked.

Then told to link the accounts that were already linked - uh - they are!

Next told you have to do a withdrawal ( remember I can't get emails) to the deposit address of the sub account. - *Sigh* DONE

Then days later after asking wth is happeniong was told - OBTW...to do the transfer , I need to enable 2fa on the sub account .(first i heard of this) OK _DONE

Even later ...the withdraw still not executed, reply was thanks for waiting the ticket has been escalated to another agent.

Then I get an email off the chain of support emails for the ticket that simply said hello, no name reference that they had received a "name change"

it really appears they are expecting me to give up and go away, at least that's the feeling I get.
Too much money involved
I've tried the Mod route, some try, others just refer you back to support or suggest dogging them in the email .
chain of the ticket.

I had heard of the poor support of poloniex...I just never thought I'd be a "victim" of it.
i understand these modern times how to be patient and comply with email exchanges of support people...but this one has gone on way too long.

I thought someone said somewhere on this thread (one or two pages behind, but I am currently not in mood to flip through pages just to ensure because i am already sure it is there) that enabling 2fa (first time I heard polo have this feature too) will "negate" the necessity of confirming via email. Have you tried to use your primary email, then WDing with 2fa?

A little suggestion, maybe you should try to withdraw in form of other crypto, like doge for example, maybe -just maybe- the process will be easier

Hope this can help, if I am not mistaken, the "awaiting confirmation" means you hadn't click the verification link sent to your email. Have you? After you click it, the status will change to "pending" then to "success"

It seems the latest few pages are filled with me. In case anyone wondered, the answer is no, I am not one of the admin of polo, nor anyone important, just a passerby trying to help.

I was the one who said that.  My withdrawal went through in about 16 hours and actually since then Blackcoin clears immediately so that issue is gone for me anyhow.
The 2FA thing is a good idea, however it only gives the option to then disable email confirmation.    You do manually have to go through options and select to turn off emails after enabling 2FA.   If asking for no email confirm it will then send out an email to confirm as such.    That was received pretty much instantly for me and it then disabled the email confirm and all you then need to withdraw is 2FA confirmation each time which should be far quicker.
