Well poloniex offers a lending service, clearly pushing people to let their coins there.
I want to deposit ETH but the address generation is stuck at "Generating...", anyone experiencing this ?
I got that too several months ago when I first tried to generate an address (it was DASH IIRC) and I got tired of waiting. I did other activities and comes back several hours ago to see that I got a new one. So you can wait for several more hours and hopefully you'll get your new address too |

I got some in an instant too, like doge and ltc. Maybe some coins needed a longer generation time because polo needs to sync us with their system beforehand? |

However you should simply reconfigure your bot to not lend LTC until you get your coins back.
Yep, I've done that, along with disabling and re-enabling API keys, deleting old keys, rebooting my machine, trying from my phone, and just trying hundreds of times more to cancel. Another person on Reddit is reporting the same problem now. In the short run this is not a huge deal, but if it drags out it will trap funds as surely as the withdrawal problems people are experiencing. |

It's been more than a month since i submitted documents for verification. What the f## are they doing?  Does anybody knows how long it takes them? Also my document expired in the meanwhile. Do you think i'll get verified again, or will i have to submit again and wait another 2 months? |

ebliever : I've noticed that my bot cancels offers that aren't taken up, but I thought that without that they would cancel automatically after a time, I guess I was wrong.

my Ether withdrawal which is showing as completed is not yet delivered to my wallet for over 10hours now and the transaction id is not visible on block explorer ..i have sent a message to support 7hours ago but no response yet..
Pls is anyone experiencing same issue??

im waiting since 6 days for my BTC after opening a ticket it is processed for 5 days without answer.....
never had problems before with tickets but now it is annoying an poloniex lost me as customer.

Wait, if the amount was stuck on the block explorer, isn't that mean the problem was from thst part instead of polo or any other receiving ends? Does this . . . . disaster happened just today of since few days ago? Someone was also complaining about unconfirmed tx for days, but he's on yobit. |

Is anyone else having trouble canceling loan offers in the Lending tab? I've submitted a ticket for it, but would be helpful to know whether others are experiencing the same problem.
I know things must be busy for them, let's hope they can safely get on top of the situation soon.
Also, sometimes I've noticed that the loan was taken before it disappears from the Open Loans and if I try to cancel it, it is too late and after a short while it appears to active loans -section with some interest accured. --- I find the best way to solve the issue to refrain from using auto-renew and manually setting loans to the markets when there is bitcoins available. Thanks guys; unfortunately these suggestions are not working. I try restarting the browser, etc., and that did not fix it. I'm not using Auto-renew, and it doesn't matter whether the loan offers are being made by a lending bot or manually, NOTHING is canceling. The only way to "process" the loan offers is to have them taken up by a borrower. I've got a 5% loan offer on some LTC (set by a lending bot, my intent being to cancel out for a trade once the old loan ended) that I can't cancel. But I've been testing things with a steady flow of small BTC loans as other loans are ending and nothing can be canceled right now once set. Poloniex responded quickly to the ticket which was a surprise - unfortunately they completely misread it and thought I was asking to cancel an existing loan. :-( I also have this problem and none of the usual suggestions worked. I opened a ticket but have not gotten a response yet, it's been almost 24 hours, hopefully they wont misread it. I wish there was some indication of how stressed their support system is, it's obviously bad given they had to shut down the trollbox, but still. |

I have also waited for hours to get my balance updated on poloniex recently. Even after more than 100 confirmation, my ETH deposit was not even in pending list in poloniex deposit history. But it was added without any support ticket from my side. |
