"Your account has been locked. Please contact support."

I contact support from 25 June and no one reply till now!

where should i go and recover my $500 !

do i need to write my email here? or who should return my money please?

what happened is a hacker from russia try to login to my account, I'm sure this is not my problem, i have high security in my Mac machine and no anyother account was hacked, that means this is a big security issue inside poloneix that let that hacker  get my pass from the system not hack my Mac..

anyway, thanks for keeping my account safe and block it, now i need to login ti my account. who will help me!!

I withdrew $2000 more than 24 hours ago. Now I want to make another withdrawal but it says 0% limit. Poloniex why the dafuq you keep pissing your supposedly valued users.

Poloniex don't value anyone.They only value your deposits on their addresses.When you deposit funds to a  centralised exchange you no longer own or are entitled to those funds back and any reason no matter how small if it is conflicting with their terms and conditions can be enough excuse to seize your funds or make it as difficult or almost impossible for you to get them back.Most centralised exchanges are scams ran by scammers who will use every opportunity to shakedown users.They can manipulate markets among their cartel of pumper dumpers and can double or multiply prices across all exchanges by agreement to cover losses or wipe out margin positions in an instant.

Of course they might honest ninjas who care about their customer and refuse to answer support tickets and ban free speech (trollbox) for your own happiness and wellbeing  Cheesy Cheesy  All centralised exchanges are scum by nature and an affront to the decentralised economy just like central banks,large bloated bureaucracy and monopolies and other gangsters,criminal types who steal from taxpayer and regular joe citizen.

I had to submit my first support ticket on Poloniex this week because of a missing Ethereum deposit (yes it was over 1.0)
I provided all the details, txid, to and from addresses etc. from the block chain explorer. Very straightforward support issue.

No reply whatsoever, not even a "We are looking into it".

Worst support from a crypto exchange I have ever seen. Even Gox and Cryptsy made an effort to respond to my tickets!

So I have withdrawn most of my coins from there today and taking my business elsewhere.

Is there any Poloniex staff on this topic? I've been waiting for the Level 2 Verification since May, I opened a ticket on May 16 and still no answer.

I have to withdraw and of course I have problems because of the 2k daily limit, I don't wanna pay the same fees multiples times!
Today, after more than 2 months, I finally got verified for the Level 2. Can't believe it.

But at least they could send an email confirmation...

Did the same some months ago. The service by poloniex is a joke. It seems like they are not even trying anymore.

I guess that they have so much volume that they dont need to care - I'm sure if people start moving away, their service quality would quickly improve

Anyone else getting an invalid 2fa code error when trying to withdraw BTC? Funny thing is I can log in no problem with same 2fa and works on all my other sites. I guess I'll try again tomorrow. Polo is the worst

Since yesterday ZEC deposits got stucked
Now they placed alert blaming ZEC team
"ZEC is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/network issues. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the ZEC team. Any updates must be tested and audited before enabling."

Do you know if they had that experience before and for how long could maintenance take place?

hey there
i made a transaction to poloniex in ETC and it didn't get out to polo wallet for two weeks till now
some one told me to make another and all of them will be submitted to my polo ETC wallet and i did that with no change
they are all in but no one out !!!
i mailed the support and like usual they didn't reply

what shale i do now to get my ETC tokens ??

Well, i think Poloniex was compromised. Since 5'th July i have missing deposits and withdrawals. Poloniex support do not answer at all. Guys be aware, I do recommend not to use their exchange until Poloniex explain everything.

I tend to think that the majority of Poloniex scaremongering is not true. But of course don't store more funds on an exchange than you have to.
