Wow holy shit talk about lurking lol, he hasnt posted anything in like 2 years.  And 40 days ticket resolved...just wow.  You know, if poloniex does go under at some point, and they keep accepting deposits and dont accept withdrawal / only with new funds (like cryptsy) it would be almost impossible to realize it due to the current situation.

My incoming transactions of 8.2 ETC and 1 ETH is stuck, ETC is waiting for 25 days now, with 149k confirmations.

I strongly advise everyone to keep away from them.

All transactions are visible on gastracker.io but balance is 0

I have opened several tickets, once I wrote them that I have problems with witdrawing and I got answer, telling me that I need to contact other exchange where I have deposited coins, but after I told them that it was all on Poloniex they just ignored me.

I've been withdrawing 2000$/day every day for a week, in BTC. Believe me or not, I'm withdrawing to a cold wallet so I won't provide proof. I believe that if every user trying to withdraw couldn't, there would be 100 times more noise than we're seeing.

I'm trying to get verified L2 to withdraw everything before the end of the month, but that's proving difficult. Without that I will have to ride the turmoil with significant funds on Polo. I'm not extremely worried, and I wouldn't have taken my coins out if it wasn't for the current BIP related events.

Anyone have any anwsers as to why burstcoin taking ages to sohw on polo as deposited some burst coins over 4 hours and nothing showing yet shows coin sent to correct address and nothing showing on polo tho?

Margin Account compromised due a BUG in their systems. I'm not the first person whos got this bug. $40.000 dissappeared when I closed a short position.

Well, polo margin system lead self a bit strange from first view if you have multiple opened short positions, as i understand from this post you had at least eth and fct? I argued with them a lot about it while their support still worked, since i as well couldn't understand why after closing short potion btc sometimes doasn't appear on balance.

If you have multiple opened shorts let's say:

POSITIONS:
DASH   Short   -100      +2 BTC
LTC      Short   -1000   +4  BTC
ETH     Short   -100    +1   BTC

Your

MARGIN ACCOUNT on right of the page shows something like that:
Total Margin Value   20 BTC
Unrealized P/L   7 BTC
Unrealized Lending Fees   -0.00596374 BTC

You close let's say ltc short potion and await that
your total amount of btc increase on at least 4 btc or little less if count fee + fact that you buy for higher price you expected.

But suddenly (no clue why it sometimes works so) you may see that margin account didn't change

POSITIONS:
DASH   Short   -100      +2 BTC
ETH     Short   -100    +1   BTC

Your
MARGIN ACCOUNT shows:
Total Margin Value   20 BTC
Unrealized P/L   7 BTC

instead of
Total Margin Value   24 BTC
Unrealized P/L   3 BTC

mean this 4 btc somehow goes to total Unrealized P/L  and you will get your 4 btc only after ALL short positions will be closed.

Problem that if you often opened and closed shorts but never fully closed all of them, diffrence between total unrealized P/L you currently have and unrealized P/L you think should be may be big, if you didn't pay attention on this before. You may just didn't notice this diffrence before and after closing all shorts you may see that you got less or more btc that you thought.

Not sure that it is this case but for my long history of margin trade on polo i meet only with this sort of "bug". Well if not count negative "Base Price" but it is a bit another case...

i Had 5 Etc stuck for over 30 Day's so i did yestaday some small deposits - 0.1 Etc
after 2-3 try's now it is in my Polo wallet 5.3 ETC

hey guys, i need a real expert to analyze my poloniex account. Im arguying with one of their support since 5 hours and he almost made me think i had the money and i spent it . Im not crazy i moved everything i had that night and was waiting for this deposit that never came, the day after i sold the rest i had since still no news , The deposit was not whowing in those first 24 hours, i thought network was overload and bitcoin was taking longer and longer, at no point i had access to my funds. I rolled around my account but damm its easy to get mixed up, the guy told me trade ad up , but how can he say that when value of market move. The point i realized im not wrong, i would have known if i had spent those coin is when i looked at deposit history and none of my ether deposit were showing, i looked at the withdrawal address and they are address were i sent ether from exodus, coinbase and cei.xo, so i know they manipulate my account. I nned someone to help me proove them wrong,

ETC dude, i've received the coins almost 3 weeks after i send them to my poloniex's wallet. i didn't do anything than a normal person will do. i create a ticket on their plataform, i complain about how bad their CS is, send them daily messages with the "BEEING PROCESSED" time and stuff like that.

I keep trying to withdraw my STORJ and deposit it into myetherwallet, Poloniex keeps saying invalid address. I tried to deposit into my bittrex storj wallet and it says invalid address. what gives?

well guys im sorry to say that it is worst then we thought . Im arguying since 2 days with someone of support who finally answered to me after 45 days and they implied that i spent the coin and they dont how me shit ; they say that "From the (blockchain time) of the BTC deposit in question onward it doesn't matter when the deposit was available for trading,"    so that even if coin were not deposit in my account that i still was able to use them .    Never i had access to those coins and they alleged that it took 5 min to confirm the bitcoin transaction ant that i was trading with it. I traded on bitstamp at 527 am and sent at 532 am , the deposit never showed that day , it appear after but i didnt put more attention then that until yesterday . I now Know they wrote it because now i know they manipulate account data ,that the deposit was confirmed at 537 am , 5 min after and that i spent it . So guys im sorry to say but im doing the FBI complaint and im sure it wont be long before they are close . I cant believe that i argued with an idiot at poloniex who think its possible to have a bitcoin deposit cleared and available in 5 min.
