I am not sure I correctly get what you're trying to ask, but I assume you're referring to this event when you deposited certain coin to any exchanger (I am aware that at least polo and trex do this), the amount will be added to your account in within 5 mins or other short period of time, but it'll still on "pending deposit" tab and the amount can not be used or even added to the outstanding balance until several longer time?

If you look closely, they'll actually be added to your outstanding balance once the entire required confirmation filled (like 5/5 confirmation or 10/10). So, I think the exchanger do this to show that your deposited amount has arrived successfully to avoid customers anger or anxiety over a long "stuck" deposit, while they actually also waiting for the entire confirmation chain completed to make sure the deposited amount is legit and not double spent. I can be wrong, though.

You should receive an email that you accept and it will process. Did you receive that email? Check your junk mail or spam folder. If you make it but still pending, contact with support.

I sent BTC, and appeared in half an hour in my  poloniex account. I have level 2 verification.
Exchanged to SC, and did withdraw since 2017-07-18, received email, confirmed, processing.
Sent 2 tickets to support about why still processing, no reply. Now almost 10 days and still processing, nothing received...

Actually there is a message from Poloniex about the fork :

https://poloniex.com/press-releases/2017.07.24-Our-plans-to-handle-potential-BTC-network-disruptions/

Quote
July 24, 2017
Our plans to handle potential BTC network disruptions

There are a number of proposals for technical changes to Bitcoin that may take effect in the coming weeks, so we are taking this opportunity to communicate our plans for managing any resulting network disruption. We take no position on the desirability of any particular proposal nor do we have a stake in any outcome. Our primary concern is protecting our users and their tokens.

As we have done in the past when faced with similar circumstances (1), any decision we make will be with the security of users' tokens in mind. We will be disabling deposits and withdrawals of Bitcoin (and all BTC related tokens) any time we deem necessary to ensure that all tokens stored on Poloniex remain safe. The length of any possible downtime is unknown as this is highly dependent on network stability. Our objective will be to bring the wallet back online and enable deposits and withdrawals as soon as we believe it is safe to do so. Trading will be unaffected during these periods.

At this time, we cannot commit to supporting any specific blockchain that may emerge if there is a blockchain split. Even if two viable blockchains emerge, we may or may not support both and will make such a decision only after we are satisfied that we can safely support either blockchain in an enterprise environment. If we decide to support and make available derivative blockchain tokens after a blockchain split, note that if you have your tokens on loan at the time of a split, we cannot distribute the derivative tokens to you, the lender, as you would not possess them. Such loaned tokens can, and often do, leave the platform. (2)

If you don't want to leave the decision of which Bitcoin tokens to support (or recognize as valid) to a 3rd party, you should not keep your tokens on any 3rd party platform. We encourage you to follow our Twitter and Notices board for updates.

SC is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/network issues. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the SC team. Any updates must be tested and audited before enabling.

Who do I need to speak to about this to help you guys get the problem resolved?

Edit: I see the same message on about half the alts you support. Are you really having issues with all those wallets? Or why are they all suspended? How about making the messages less generic so people understand what's going on?

This exchange must be going out of business.

Made a withdrawal TEN DAYS ago and it is still "awaiting approval."

How can an exchange sit on my money for TEN DAYS and not send a single response to my support requests?

Poloniex may not support BCC, and may not credit users with BTC with BCC.  The only reason for this would be that they do not have the actual BTC 100% of the users.  Scary isn't it ?  When the tide goes out you see who is swimming naked.

I finally managed to withdraw my last funds from poloniex, which I have been doing for the past two months. A large portion of my funds were locked in long running lending contracts, so I had to wait for those... Actually all withdrawals have been mostly problem free, except for a small ETH withdrawal that took several days to clear, but it did eventually. Regardless, feels good not to have any funds on any exchange for peace of mind, especially taking into account the publicity around poloniex lately.
