Joining the "limbo team" I have around 3800USD stuck

Opened 2 tickets, for 2 different scenes:

1) Deposited ETH to polo addr, got the TXID everything, never came thrhough, first reply, they mentioned they had issues with ETH deposits At the moment, 2nd reply, they closed the ticket telling it was resolved, of course I replied

2) Withdrew DGB, Complete:Error, Opened Ticket, and nothing whatsoever....

How is this even possible?!

I am in your club now.

I feel like I lost it all  Smiley Smiley Smiley

Its like my third withdrawal to the same address, but others went okay. Amount is huge for me. Time to end my life lul.
Polo support actually resolved my problem in several hours. Wondering what's going on if they ignore only some of the users.

Yep, they're still ignoring my ticket. They could at least make some sort of announcement on the XCP situation if they were honest about things.

Finally got my XCP after 19 days.

What do you consider 'abusive complaints'? And, are you really sure, you want to say, we should be quiet so that busoni will not possibly run away with our money because we wrote "to many abusive complaints"?

If i may ask; in which world are you living, that this is considered to be a reason at all for you?

Sorry i really don't understand you.

Well you obviously haven't been involved in crypto-currency very long because that is exactly what has happened dozens of times. Many people have started crypto-currency companies hoping to get rich, when the  complaints and legal threats started some of them thought it was all too hard and either shut down the company or ran away with the money. This happened with Mindpal, Cryptsy, ActiveMining, BASIC Mining just to name a few.

A legitimate complaint is legit ... and not abusive. IMHO

It doesn't matter if you think your complaint is legit or not, what are you going to do when they black-list you, run away with the money or go out of business? Are you going to fly over too the US and try to claim your .5 LTC? good luck with that. Most people got nothing back from Cryptsy and even if they did it was only a fraction of what they were owed. They also had to join the class action and wait a couple of years to get anything at all.

Any FinTech - even Cryptop FinTech - company which is not able to fullfill any contract or IOU in time would get in very big trouble, if they're solely based on Fiat Money. But as soon as one goes on cryptocoins, that seems to change completely.
...
I always thought, as a business owner, you have contracts with your customers to fullfill, regardless of the volume of earnings any single customer brings you.... But that might be just some "german thing" .. dunno of other countries think about this in any way different. Wink

Bingo you profoundly realized something. This is not fiat land, the laws DO still apply but justice is very RARE and it takes years to get any kind of legal resolution if you have a dispute. So unless you want to spend years fighting for your pennies, the only option is to be firm but fair (and try to be nice) with these people when you raise a ticket. That's not a matter of justice, that's a matter of common business sense.

If all of your withdrawals have been automatically flagged by the system then that suggests to me that either the exchange is deliberately trying to stop a bank run OR they have black-listed your account.. maybe your constant negative posts had something to do with that?, who knows.. I don't know because I am not them.. All I am saying is, wait till you get your coins out and then make as many public complaints as you want.. It's no good doing that before you get your money back because if they are petty then they will simply go all defensive and delay your withdrawals even longer.

Its common sense really.

this is the last time im using poloniex
i have been trading with them for over 2 years and there was never any problems till about 6 months ago
now they have constant wallet issues when u try to deposit
my eth is now stuck again for the 7th or 8th time in the last 6 months
every time i submitted a ticket and everyone of those tickets is still being processed

beware of this company they are definitely extremely negligent
and one day it will cost u money
seriously a support ticket open for 5 months and 23 days is just wrong

Make sure you use the same external IP address multiple times (your own internetconnection at home) I used a mobile IP address at a weird time at night and did not have 2FA enabled. My transaction was seen as suspicious I believe. This caused the need of manual intervention by Polo staff. Took 3,5 weeks....

A lot of nice and valid arguments ..... but it seems i already have a lot of experience with a lot of sites _and_ a lot of scammers and just poor people whose ideas did not work out.

I have, or used to have, accounts on: mcxnow, btc-e, mtgox, btcjam, bitlendingclub, ardeva, littlefunds, scrypt.cc, btct.co, cryptostocks.com, cryptoxchange, WeExchange/BitFunder, bitmit, bitcoinera, coinlenders..

Just to name a few....

I have around 350~400 Arbitration Awards lying around here and don't ask me how much "dust" is still in some wallet somewhere ..... Or at least, it _was_ considered dust and now get again considered dust because of the painful high transaction fees......

Yeah, you are completely right, making the man who is sitting on your money is never a good idea...

But i tend to say loudly what my experience is ... because, i saw _SO_ many quietly run away with the money of so many users.... And _ALWAYS_, a _ton_ of people came up after shit hit the fan and most of the coins are already lost.

So .... no, being quiet and trying to not make somebody angry or nervous is just a way to help _exact these people to keep on scam more people_.

Instead, if something goes wrong, the very best one can do, for _all parties_ is clear full disclosure....

At least, in my "just to name a few" list above, you will find one or another site/service/exchange, which got into very stormy waters but where the man or team behind it at least tried to recover any losses of the users.

_That_ is something, which gives you way better trust in any party that just silence from out of nowhere... Wink

And in this context, poloniex still did no one get down in the long run ... but what they actually do is _REALLY WORSE_ and goes more and more in the direction a Mark Karpeles took..........

By the way, my 2 Litecoin transactions finally made it into the chain earlier this day...

So, all i have left on poloniex is less than 0.009BTC in value ..... i will let that work as long as the site exists and until one of my "portfolio coins" reaches a nice value to sell it off......

In the meantime .... if i see things going wrong, i will say sat .. loud and clear ...... so that everbody is able to make his own picture from as many details, reports and reviews as possible...................

I never learned to keep quiet and stand still if "one does wrong things", i've learned to stand up for my stuff. Wink

Maybe, some others should try that too. Wink

You are going to get quite a shock when you hear how long some people have been waiting...
Most are from people trying to withdraw coins and this can run into WEEKS, yes you heard that right WEEKS - and I mean more than 4 weeks !

I am not sure why they are becoming so slow and poor support. When you are making good money, cant you put some money of your profit for customer support to make customers happy?

I have a support ticket open for the last two weeks with no follow up. May be they are already getting audited by some agency and they are not adding any new resources for support.

As i'm still watching what they do, and what not .... i found this interesting site about poloniex.. IMHO you should take a look and if you fit in the presented cases, join that train:

https://suepoloniex.today/

I found that link within another thread about poploniex behaving shady as fsck.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1942358.0

Watch out and try to leave not to much of your money over there, it's not a really safe place in these days.

Most Some of the clowns traders here have probably got their lunchbox money stuck on some wrong blockchain belonging to a different shitcoin  they tried to withdraw when they sent it to the wrong address and now they are threatening legal action and stomping about the place like warren buffet because they havent got their .000001 btc worth of shitcoin in time and they are missing their next "big trade".

Better watch out poloniex because when mummy gets home and gives them some pocket money they will call saul on your asses right after they get off the phone with the sec etc etc.Hope they mention to mummy they have been on the phone all day while mummy is working to pay the bill.
