Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

When they havent even verified an account to level one....which only needs a name and country.. they got bigger problems I would think. That should be automated.

Hi,

I'm having issues with Poloniex and I really need help.

I'm not able to access my account and I really don't know what to do and why my account is locked. I created a ticket on Poloniex support system but I didn't hear from them for 7 days.

I also sent a tweet about my situation and I also didn't hear over that channel.

I sent a couple of messages over their support system. I sent my photo ID, photo, passport as an attachment just to speed up the process and it did not change anything.

I got 1500 LBC on my account and it is really frustrating. There is nothing suspicious with my account, I'm just a simple miner who mines LBC all the time. I don't even trade regularly.

What do you suggest? What should I do? Can anyone guide me about my problem?

Any kind of help is really appreciated.

Best wishes,
cesmak

Poloniex staff don't watch this thread, so here no one can assist you, you need patience, as are months that support on polo is working slow and slow, people claimed more than 30 days to solve their tickets... sorry for your situation, but to solve a problem you have to wait for the on-site support....

It's been 21 days since I opened a ticket with them just over the verification process. It seems nothing happens fast with Poloniex.

Yep.  Poloniex is on what you would call an exit stratagy.  If you noticed they dumped the trollbox a while back.  that was the instant support channel.  they put a notice up that they moved those people to support but it appears they dumped support too.  basically all of our transactions that are 'stuck' are gone to us.  kiss them goodbye.  ChickenBacon is right.   They are laughing at us while counting their (found) money.

I've got support tickets open for 92, 87, 68, and 31 days.  I've gotten to the point where I just check back once in a while but I've written it off that I'll ever see my coins again.  I've gotten everything off of their exchange and on to other exchanges except is what is 'stuck processing' so I'm pretty lucky.  I think a lot of people are going to lose everything when they try to withdrawl as it appears that withdrawl issues are getting more and more common.   funny how that magically works, isn't it?

Hi Guys! One more issue with poloniex..
I've placed order (just for fun) to sell 0.5 BTC for a 99 000$ if price reach 100 000$.
Once I've submitted order my BTC balance just gone!
Nothing in trading history, open orders or withdrawal!
No record at all where those 0.5 BTC gone!

Have you heard something similar?

Thanks

P.S. I've done the same with 1 STR (stellar) to test it. Same issue

I wonder why you tried to have some fun with such huge amount. If you don't want them, you are free to donate it to me, I'll be more than happy.

Anyway, since your sell amount is so high, the order book will most likely took several tens of pages to show yours on their list. If you wait for several minutes, they will load more and more of order book pages. Try to look in there if yours was listed, it should be marked with a star.

Other thing is to reload, and see if it shown on your open order. What you had might be an evolution of their old issue where they refuse to put orders and/or loading blank page.

0.5BTC is not a huge amount.

I won't comment further as I'm not used to trading on polo, only lending.

BigWolf : if this is an exit strategy it's a unusual one. In a normal exit strategy all appears well until the exit suddenly happens.

I've loaded order book till the end and last order is for 49 999$ to sell...Mine is not listed ( That's why it's not showing in open orders?

Post the proof here, your complain ticket and their reply. Also, the screenshot of your current balance that state you have at least 0.5btc and 1 stellar, with your latest history to prove that the account was not recently funded. Otherwise, I will be very doubtful of this claim.
