help please
- the verification can not be completed, after loading the form and the documents, application is submitted and will be considered and that its status can be tracked in the profile, but reloading the page and entering the authorization section, I again see the form for filling, and not any references to the status or the submitted application, i repeated this act 2 times since only 1 time in 3 days, you can carry out an operation, status still legacy, how to achieve the result?
have the same problem, tried for 1 month now still no progress. tried on pc, mac, iphone, android nothing works. their system is buggy and support not answering my tickets for the past weeks. And they dare to update us that we need to verify to Q1 or get our accs disabled when their system is failing?... serious getting really annoying.. fix this asap. |

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

#1. Poloniex still hasn't verified my personal account after 6 months.
#2. Poloniex won't respond to multiple ticket requests over the last quarter trying to get verified.
#3. Poloniex won't verify my account, and won't allow me to remove my tokens from Poloniex in one bulk transfer.
#4. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. 24 days and counting since my last support ticket request and no response.
Why the fuck are people still trading on this shitstain of an exchange? The only reason it has any volume is because Monero guys did a Darknet market exit scam with Oasis to convince public it was being adopted by darknet and Poloniex was main XMR exchange. It seems they funneled everyone into a honeypot. Those circumstances aside, I know traders who've had withdrawals processing for 1 year, 1 fucking year! If you deposit BTC or Altcoins to Poloniex you will never see them again. At this point the only recourse for everyone here with similar issues is to contact a legal firm and start the process of legal action. Polo is the new Mt Gox. Bittrex soon to follow. |

#1. Do you have a biz account, or an account under another name? #2. Were you as courteous as you want Poloniex to be? #3. Does the 'bulk transfer' of coin exceed your daily withdraw limit? Can you withdraw your coin in smaller amounts? #4. See #2. |

IMO Poloniex is going from Top 3 to outside Top 50.
Tragic support and missing deposits from weeks.
We need more better exchanges, like Kucoin for example.

BTC balance not updating after a trade. Are there anyone else with similar issues or it's just me?
Support site also looks (half)dead. If I want to submit a new ticket it drops me back to the login page after clicking "submit" instead of opening the ticket :/.

My friend just reported that in ~half an hour he made few trades (buying alts)..both btc and alts he bought vanished...
Seems to be working fine now but still...

It makes me wonder if they are under some kind of investigation by the U.S. government. It is odd that the only two US based altcoin only exchanges are refusing to honor withdrawals and have been shitty on the customer support. On the other hand he real answer might be that Americans don't know how to run exchange businesses. I'd stick to kucoin.com, binance.com and other more professional exchanges. Poloniex and Bittrex are shadows of their former selves. |
