I have not found any events that have affected market trends recently, but the market is still in a downturn. Is this likely to be the operation of whales behind the scenes? What do you think?

Because the Japan Financial Services Agency issued a notice of punishment for the six cryptocurrency exchanges.

 i hope they will resolve this issue as soon as possible for us investors to have high moral in this long time dip that is happening.
