Yea, this project has reached soft-cap just in 4 days, looks awesome. I don't regret to support this project because I know parking money is a big money. But currently slow progress occurs in their crowd-sale maybe because of lack communication in telegram and no daily post in their social media.

But turned out that they raised funds only after that started to do something. But what if they failed ? Will they return money raised to investors ?

How many of the similar ICOs have come up with the same thing over the past 3 years and ended up either failed or scams? Almost every single one of them!

I guess this one only raised a very small amount as not so many people are joining in the telegram group and the majority of users in the parq telegram group were bots.
This project is not transparent and that means the result of ico can be manipulated. That's why not so many people are getting louder caused by this project has turned into a scam project.
This project was very suspicious in the past when it has not yet done with its ico.
