So I heard you denying that you're an idiot, but I got proof, because... I can draw circles too! You most probably won't even get the point.

The fact is, Evan Duffield has tampered with the personal property of Dashcoin holders and reduced its value and function. If you live in Arizona, that's not a good idea.
Do Arizonians have a certificate of ownership of said coins? And When did Evan tamper with personal belongings? Function was never reduced as the code was unchanged and no new version roll-out existed, limiting functionality. As for price, well, its a free market, deal with it. We do not have access to Dashcoin.net, the official twitter account, dashcointalk.ml, or github. If Darkcoin lost access to all of those would you say that would cause issue with value and function? In addition, Evan Duffield made a public statement saying the Dashcoin project would NOT CONTINUE. Here's the definition of tamper: https://www.google.com/search?q=tamper&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

I'd like some primary sources on the claim that thieves pumped DRK back then. Because when I remember back it was a speculation bubble due to announced features like DarkSend and incentivized nodes.
Wow, my apologies, I think my memory is messed up. The pump I'm thinking of happened in February, but was small compared to the highs in May 2014. I just remember it looking so bad back then in the charts, but it hardly shows up as anything at the levels we are at today. Very sorry, I mixed the timing and the events up in my head I feel so senile! I will edit and strike out my comments so nobody gets confused.

They were bought for the sole purpose of ensuring that, and I quote Evan, "The acquired project itself will not continue". As myfarm said earlier in this thread, the IRS has determined that cryptocurrency is property in the USA. As such, Evan bought assets for the purpose of reducing the value and function of other people's personal property. Doing this in Arizona is a very very very bad idea.

Not feeding, just clarifying for the REST of the folk that have the unfortunate itch of these postings. That is a lie. Evan bought Dashcoin's reps for the purpose of the trademark dispute. NOT to shut down Dashcoin. If you understand verbal tense, you will read that, as a SECONDARY effect of said purchase, Evan has no intention of continuing developing Dashcoin "The acquired project itself will not continue". Ding-dong!! Furthermore, cryptos may be an asset, but until Evan goes D2D stealing wallet.dat or hacking, there is zero personal property liability. In the same sense, if the original Dashcoin dev did a Mr.Spread trick and vanished, you wouldn't be able to sue him for NOT continuing a project that he started. Function was NOT reduced, it is EXACTLY as it was before. Doing this in Arizona is terrific idea as I hear the weather is very fine and sunny.
