Hi again I have to ask for help and assistance, and hopefully to have a decent feedback Given that i didn't introduce myself, let me add something. I am not into cryptocoins, i am not a trader, i am just a regular person that found the idea of Dash being very smart. I love the MN concept and how it solves the efficiency of the chain without impacting on mining. There are a lot of advantages that you know better than i do. In a way if a person like me invests into this is a good signal, and you should not scare me. So for the first time ever i invested into a crypto. It was painful, but i got a certain amount of money available and i decided to put some here to start 2-4 nodes. It wasn't easy (euro to BTC to Dash to MN) but i was able to set my 1st and i was going to open almost 1 more. Then my node stopped after about 40h. Oh well, i assume it happens. I learned how to restart the node and in the end it was ok. Then 11.2.22. Ok. Let's do the upgrade. Change of exe, new file on the vps, executable, bam. It goes. Great! I did it  Then it stopped after a while. No reason to me. vps up (vultr), node was running, delisted. I realized it after about 90 mins from my last check (i have to work!) I restarted the node, this time had to do hard restart via wallet. Daemon was up. Now i am up again and uptime is zero, proof of service is zero... All zeroed. I have to wait again, this time i lost almost 4 days! 0 payments! How do you think i feel? Will i buy more coins? Don't think so Can someone help and/or look into this? I am getting way less enthusiastic.. Thanks Giulio I'm a couple pages behind but I'm sure somebody has assisted you in some way I'm at work right now so I don't have my notes to go by but you should apply a cron job to reboot the MN in case of a server reboot Stef has that info somewhere also Mmm no, if you can link i am happy I'll send you the needed info when I get home from work if somebody else does not It's very easy to do I just don't have it memorized :-P From the looks of it it does not seem related to a restarting server, or that the daemon turned zombie. Most probably it was started with a wrong IP address in the masternode conf file. If you have done this there is only one way to solve easily. Rebuild the VPS server on a new ip change the Conf file to the new ip and start again. First rule, if they can't get the coin name right or the exchange rate. stay away. Last place I would send DASH would be to that site. I wouldn't even open that URL on my machine, checked it out on my iphone. |

Seriously? LOL ... another brilliant one; - Went though until payment to check on the address and they link Dashcoin's explorer to verify tx ID |
