Is the trans id the one where I sent my original 1000DASH?

TX ID is the transaction which funds the 1000 coins of new address or to explain it is the newest 1000 input on this address supposing there are not other 1000 inputs on this address

In terms of having the Russian translation, are there any potential risks to the foundation if the Russian's change their laws to make crypto illegal?

I guess they can just block dashpay.io, so probably no risk except for people inside mother Russia.

I had not thought about that, but I guess they can't forbid the use of a language!

Not so much the language, but it could be considered promoting crypto to people inside Russia.

That might be twisted into words that lead to nonsense court orders to make an example of popular projects.

But then I thought that people outside of Russia speak Russian, so probably not an issue.
