XCoin was the first name for this cryptocurrency that Evan Duffield came up with in january 2014 and is interestly enough the reason why all our addresses start with an X. Soon after that (february 2014) there was a rebranding to Darkcoin as XCoin turned out to conflict with an already existing project carrying the same name. In march 2015 it got rebranded to Dash, to make it more suitable for mainstream adoption. tungfa : Something is wrong with this Dash ANN thread, it gets the old XCoin name and description on top when creating new posts / replies.
It seems to have started today with pongpiun's post, please verify and adjust. |

Not certain the wellspring of the exchanges or who's mindful, yet analyzing a portion of the ongoing squares there are numerous exchanges for 0.00099809 that appear as though they could be dependable. Hundreds at regular intervals, thousands every hour.

Right after the dump of Bitcoin to USD$4000! hahah |

DASH is a better developed anonymous encryption currency. The future development of this coin should be sustainable. Interested investors can keep an eye on it

Such an incredible thing, how dash grew so much and it is now so profitable, I should have started investing a while a ago on this project haha.. great respect to the team that was able to pull off such a great project like this one!!!  Oh yes I remember those times where master nodes would have been dirt cheap but sadly I didn't get a bunch of them.  You can still invest on masternodes. http://masternodes.onlinelol yes of course I can! With the only difference being that you need a truck load of cash to get a DASH master node these days  You can join others in setting up a shared masternode, you then dont need to have the full 1000 dash and server maintenance will be done by the operator Link : https://docs.dash.org/en/latest/masternodes/hosting.html masternode.me & Splawik's Hosting Services are shared hosting services that you can look into. These are not trustless solutions by itself, but the services are run by community members with an excellent reputation. Some time ago (4 months ago i think, maybe longer ago) a wellknown Dash user (who's name i forgot by the way  ) posted that Dash would unbelieveably drop to $200. At the time that seemed like something totally unrealistic to post as Dash (like all the other altcoins) was trading at a much much higher price level, so i did not put much thought to it. But then Bitcoin market started to change into a severe bear market, dragging the altcoins with it and here we are at $239,- Kudos to you, whoever you are (and no, i dont mean you icey  ) I think once Bitcoin reaches a clear bottom (which i suspect will be in the lower $5000 range) and starts to trade sideways for awhile, most of the altcoins will recover and end up in a bull market. Some altcoins though will profit more then others, i suspect Dash will be one of those altcoins that will profit more and will be able to reach a new ATH. The reason i think that Dash will profit more is because some altcoins that risen to the top 15 are to this day still too much hyped and will most likely end up getting further price corrections. Dash is very carefull about not hyping its project too much and started its process of price corrections earlier, therefore needing to price correct less and less by now. Once more regulation takes place and institutional money can more easily enter the market, things will change rapidly for both Bitcoin and valuable altcoin projects like Dash. That is when longtime investors will truly get rewarded and that is what i'm waiting for. |

The fact is most of altcoins fall to its bottoms, where it started pumping. So, it is why the guy said DASH will fall to $200, I guess. Anyway, it is very invaluable lesson, key ones to get profits in crypto market. Thank you. |
