This also explains the sudden rise (and fall) of Bitcoin today , traders seem to be fleeing Tether towards Bitcoin and other (more reliable) stablecoins like TrueUSD & PAX.

Dash Adds Aggressive Venezuela Marketing Push to Comprehensive Merchant Support

Dash Help recently released a new video detailing their comprehensive support accomplishments over the past couple months, along with a Dash social media influencer campaign sponsored by Dash Help, Dash Merchant, Dash Text, and Dash Remittances.

In the video, they mention how Dash Help has seen an 80% increase in the number of requests they have received as more Venezuelans adopt Dash and turn to Dash Help for support. They have also made numerous “How-To” videos to assist users, expanded with a new US call-in number to offer support to all that speak English, offer support via WhatsApp and plan to launch on Telegram soon. They also discussed their support partnership with Kripto Mobile, the filming of KRIP phone unboxings, and filming Dash usage at numerous merchants around Venezuela. Alejandro told DFN how the expansion to WhatsApp and Telegram just makes sense to reach more consumers.

After a long period without public updates, Dash Labs, the research and development project headed up by Dash’s founder Evan Duffield, has broken the silence with an exclusive interview with Dash Force News. Tito Rios, Senior Data Structures Developer and Analyst for Dash Labs, outlined the group’s project next scheduled for release: the Dash Labs Data Collection Protocol. I just saw there is a new windows miner xcoin-miner - but it has like 25/50 detection rate in virustotal - thats preety dark Wink I still have the old miner drk1.2b and it only has 7/50 so what happened? I am using the old miner for now, but should the new one be much faster? Seems to be complete different than previous. I also do not find the page where the new miner got released and discussed, so please someone tell me there is no trojan or whatever.

What do you mean new dev? I think Dash developer eduffield is a legend and very active dev since the Darkcoin days and one of the forerunners in the crypto field, having invented X11 and masternode technologies, he is irreplaceable.

Venmo Increases Rates For Instant Transfers, Losing to Cryptocurrency's Fast Cheap Settlement

Venmo, the PayPal-owned payment service, announced via email to users that its instant transfer service will now charge a 1% fee, with a $0.25 USD minimum, up from a flat fee of $0.25 USD previously.

Venmo allows friends to quickly send fiat money back and forth for free, as long as the money stays within the app, however, transferring that money out of the app to a traditional bank account is where complications arise. Users can still transfer to bank accounts for free, but must wait the standard 2-3 days for clearing. Instant transfers allow the money to be in users’ bank accounts within 30 minutes, but comes with the additional fee.
