Thanks guys, I got it turned off, but now I'm wondering if I shouldn't leave it on? We need to counter balance that whale?
Also, I did have 20 cores, and I thought the rate was small... do I have the wrong settings?
minerd -a X11 -o stratum+tcp://drk.lotterymining.com:4444 -u me.XCOIN -p PW -t 8
Can anyone help me improve that?
in the meantime, I'm trying to kill er, I mean reinstall my Ubuntu. after an update a few days ago it's gone to hell and I'm a bit pissed, LOL

-t 8 mean use 8 cores, just leave it out.... it should use max cores then, but no, wait until the whale takes off |

Are you using minerd version c? Yes Are you getting around 30-35 khash per core? if so then youre doing it right and its just that jerk making the difficulty rise. |

What value are we talking here? This sounds like NASA or something. Could a single person really be responsible for this? Cloud servers like Digital Ocean,CloudSigma. You rent servers fo $ you can buy one server for 1h,day,month mining. but u need to know how setup it as well. |
