Your setup looks very impressive Jack. It's also good to be able to see you and match your face to your name Jack(Asiabtc). Keep up the good work.
It would also be to your best interest to communicate back to the members that are still waiting for some type of response as to verifying payments, and that they will get there orders or not and why.

Attention asiabtc!

I paid you on the 6th and haven't received any responses to my messengers that I've sent here and via the 2 emails I have.

If there's still no reply, can someone from this forum please help me get in contact with Jack about my order? People who ordered after me are getting their gear already before me, and I was promised a date, which has since passed.

Try sending an e-mail to Angela (la.paymenttrack@gmail.com) they have replied to all my emails.Jack also has replied to all my emails.

Thanks Ruben. I did send messages to that email. Twice.
By what means did you pay, if you don't mind me asking?

I sent Bitcoins. Well, it's nice to see Jack is online and posting at least....

I think it would probably be a good idea for Jack to start addressing the customers who still haven't received confirmations or shipments, rather than pushing Bitcoin mining hardware in this thread. I was fortunate to track down the status of my package through DHL myself, but there are still many who ordered weeks ago that can't get any answers. I, for one, can't see myself doing business with them again.

Can I ask how you were able to track your shipment? Did you input your address somewhere?

I feel like Jack and LightningAsic has me on some strange 'ignore' list or something. I'm not sure why he's ignoring me, I followed all his instructions and he had great communication with me prior to payment. I understand he's likely busy, but I'd like to get the equipment that I paid for.

I agree with you, but I think that Jack and his new staff are trying to workout all the kinks at the same time they are working on all their orders. If they reply to all that have a concern about their orders, they would be a lot better off. I also had to track down my tracking number by calling DHL. But Angela did email that my payment had been verified. Communication is the key!!!

Just call DHL directly( 1800-call-dhl ). They will ask for your name and zip code then they will let you know if you have a package on the way yet.
Good luck!

I can only assume that they haven't been able to verify your payment yet for some reason. But I know how you must feel, going through the same experience for a short time that felt like an eternity. My best suggestion to you is to keep emailing and PMing. They will eventually respond to you. Good luck and I hope they communicate with immediately.

Just email or PM Jack(asiabtc)(xiangliao@gmail.com) and he will give all the information you need.

I can't speak for anyone else, but Jack (asiabtc) should have no trouble whatsoever verifying my payment. I sent him the TX ID immediately, and the last email I received from him was confirming he received my payment, which was on the 6th.

Not a word since....

OMG Why it is so hard to keep customers updated with received payments / tracking etc?!
Paid over a week ago and nothing yet. Not fun. Contacted many times... but still waiting reply or packet.

I was as worried as the rest of you when Jack didn't respond to my email asking for an update, but he came through and on the exact timeline he stated (12 days from payment the miner was in my hands).  He's probably getting so many emails asking for updates, he would have to take an entire day away from building units to respond to them all...  As someone who's run group buys, I tell people I will only send tracking if they haven't received their package in the timeline given.  I don't think it is in the community's best interests for Jack to be typing in tracking numbers on emails all day long instead of building these machines...

Nice setup Smiley

@everyone who ordered from Jack>> Relax, don't expect intense communication or even answer to your questions, he is way too busy.

Follow his payment instructions and wait for several weeks/months.
It just works that way ... For better communications I advice Buttflylabs, but overthere you have to wait 1+ year for your order to arrive.
