OP, you should have googled online before posting here, wel, if you must know, there are tons of sites like Bustadice and many more that do use bitcoin and they have surely been in the casino business for many years with good reviews.  Even when we talk about online gambling site; their payment methods includes bitcoin because most people tends to use ones with bitcoin because of the advantage of privacy protection.

At least, we pardon you that you are junior member, but you should have at least used Google for a search. There are so many websites making use of bitcoin and even other cryptocurrencies for users to gamble with and I have not even seen most of these ICO gambling sites operational yet anyway. If you are looking for where to gamble with your bitcoin, we have the likes of crypto-games, fortunejack, freebitco.in, plinko and so on.

I just hope that payment goes well for other online gamblers. I have experienced before having a hard time claiming the money I won, I was very happy that time because it is very seldom for me to win in gambling, offline and online. Due to happiness I was very excited to claim the prize right away. Still there will be limitations while using bitcoins at a physical casino. Both for deposit and withdrawal , you will have to wait for some time as they will require to at least wait for some confirmations. Its from a business standpoint view, they would be losing customers if they dont do these modifications to their casinos. Crypto seems to be gaining a mainstream acceptance in the casino business but I doubt if someone would really want to expose their crypto-loving nature by gambling - where everything is public. In my opinion crypto has been created out of an ideal of "anonymity" while paying bitcoin to gamble at a physical casino is totally against this idea.

I think one needs to buy chips with bitcoin. Just like you would buy chips with fiat - same with crypto. Or they can have a internal exchange system for buying crypto with fiat the same place as well. It can dispense chips for crypto.

Tough to say unless you have a first hand experience. Since they are accepting bitcoin in deposits - it makes sense to give withdrawals in bitcoin as well.
