Hello,
The RDD coin is still under maintenance and we are waiting for a new release from the developers before we relist it. We deeply apologize on the delay and for any issues that may have arisen due to this. The wallet has been taken off line and you will not be able to withdraw, deposit, or trade until RDD returns. This is done to ensure safety of all users funds. The market will return shortly and all balances will be restored.
Please be patient as we repair the issue and get RDD coin running again. All transactions will be posted in order once wallet is up.

I have a strange problem that i need help with. I accidentally gave a address for Red coin when a buddy of mine sent me some RDD, stupid mistake  but the scary part is that the transaction went through and now it is stuck. when i check the output at http://cryptexplorer.com it says "Not yet redeemed amount 2166421.6393503" Anyone that has encountered a problem of this sort? |

There is nothing we can do until they fix their exchange or increase confirmation so the attacker stop building his private chain as any coin can be 51% attack. Your coins aren't lost. You can use the same private key you used for the Redcoin address to get access to the same Red dcoin address, I think. I don't know the details about how to do it, though. EDIT: How to export private keysHow to import private keysShould be pretty much the same for Redcoin/Reddcoin I do not guarrantee success, but it's worth a try |

Whoever performed an attack on reddcoin was rather unsuccessful, and only did the attack because of Reddcoin's large trading volume in relation to its relatively low hashrate for personal win (trying to scam Cryptsy). I am quite certain he did not do so because of his opinions about this coin. This attack only proves that the Reddcoin has received attention on Cryptsy, and that the Reddcoin team has what it takes to mitigate 51% attacks. |

You need to get 999 confirmation. Its set for a temporary precaution to avoid double spend again. |

The Reddcoin dev team asked Cryptsy to ingrease the amount of confirmations required for RDD deposits to 999, to make 51% attacks/double soends much harder. |
