Looks like Cryptsy for example, require 998 confirmations.

Then you can sell here in Altcoins section but must use some trustworthy escrow for this but best way is use cryptsy or any exchange where this coin is listed

[PoSV] Public alpha release in coming days

Dear fellow Reddheads:

I'm going to release the public alpha version of PoSV daemon and QT wallet in coming days, probably as early as this weekend. In order to start minting straight away when you get hold of the wallet, you need to mine and age some coins on testnet now.

Honestly? It doesn't. Bitcoin was the first to establish the whole tipping thing. Then dogecoin claimed they're the tipping coin, now reddcoin is claiming it. You don't make money by giving it away.
