okay so i have a 5850 and its running on 17 intensty and doing 333 Kh/s people say i should do a low intensty is there any way i can go low and still have a high kh/s

I have my intensity set to 19, over the last 48hours I am averaging 412khash with rejects at about 4% which I feel is a little high

 350 kh/s is average at 18 intensity on most cards running stock
 400-420 can be reached overclocking a few of the better models, like asus direct IIs, but the increased watts and fan noise negate the gains

I bought mine used, pervious owner saud he didnt overclock, I can send my cgminer config setting later.
I guess the fan is a little loud but I only run it at 85% max and get no hotter then 75 during midday when its hotter, generally at 72.
my 6870 runs at 340, has a custom dual cooling fan but doesnt compare to the 5850
