During registration you'll need to provide name, email address, billing address, date of birth, and a phone number. Verification consists of verifying with a third party; either Netverify or miiCard. Netverify allows you to upload your ID with your webcam and miiCard verifies you through your financial institution. |

Just registered and verified Tier3 with NetVerify, all in all took about 10 minutes (had to switch webcams to get a focused picture of my ID). Looking forward to trying you out!
EDIT: Took 15 minutes from submitting my test order ($60 VISA buy order), to it showing up in blockchain. So far very pleased!
