Again.... I feel like there are not much news and updates from the official sources(their site, twitter...) I feel they need to post more things even if just little stuff from time to time just to show they are actually doing something, to show something is happening in general!  Maybe this is their strategy - maintaining a distance from investors because of an uncertain regulatory environment. :  |

Maybe this is their strategy - maintaining a distance from investors because of an uncertain regulatory environment. : This is exactly right, one of the dev members specifically told me on a phone call that they don't have time for customer service, I've been fielding as many questions as I can here on bitcointalk. The dev team would rather exhaust all of their effort on making the coin better. |

Due to a lack of support, I sent 2 requests for assistance to the devs with no reply after 2 weeks. Had to get a freelancer to fix my wallet. I also got no response regarding the seedbank option. So all in all after waiting endless days for a reply I decided that my potcoins were to be liquidated for good. Good luck to you all but Im leaving this sinking ship.

Have an issue taking coins out of the online potwallet. Finally getting my coins to a wallet for staking. But it errors on trying to transfer the full amount. sometimes i can get 1 or 5 to move but then next it errors out. Anyone else ever had this issue or know if there can be anything done without getting the devs involved?

is there a bootstrap file for the wallet sync? it seems the process of downloading the blockchain is incredibly slow. i just want to start staking....

Potcoin Developer Update: Dec 2nd 2016 Hello Everyone, We wanted to give everyone a quick update of what we've been working on. As promised, we will make our best efforts to keep the community aware of what we are doing and working on. We believe being the most transparent possible will yield the best possible outcome.
The Beta version launch of our PotWallet App was a great success. We thank all beta testers for their valuable feedback. We are looking into submitting the Apps to the corresponding stores (Apple, Google, Microsoft) in early 2017.
Our team has grown to 4 full time developers as we continue to build the systems necessary to make Potcoin and PotWallet scale to high volume transactions. We will be announcing our 100% refactored version of PotWallet in the beginning of 2017 as well. This version will include a revamped interface, new features, drastically improved scalability and security. We are also building extensive WEB plugins and extensions to make Potcoin easily acceptable on all platforms (magento, wordpress, shopify, etc...)
As legalization is fast approaching in Canada, we are striving to make sure all our systems are GO to accommodate the flow of new Potcoin users and transactions. We are currently in negotiation with many MMJ Licensed Producers in Canada in order to accept Potcoin and offer it as a reward system to their patients. They are very excited about Potcoin and see the many benefits of a system like that for patients, producers, doctors and everyone involved in the industry.
2017 is going to be a big year for Potcoin and PotWallet. Many exciting news and developments to come.
