Potcoin Developer Update: Dec 2nd 2016 Hello Everyone, We wanted to give everyone a quick update of what we've been working on. As promised, we will make our best efforts to keep the community aware of what we are doing and working on. We believe being the most transparent possible will yield the best possible outcome.
The Beta version launch of our PotWallet App was a great success. We thank all beta testers for their valuable feedback. We are looking into submitting the Apps to the corresponding stores (Apple, Google, Microsoft) in early 2017.
Our team has grown to 4 full time developers as we continue to build the systems necessary to make Potcoin and PotWallet scale to high volume transactions. We will be announcing our 100% refactored version of PotWallet in the beginning of 2017 as well. This version will include a revamped interface, new features, drastically improved scalability and security. We are also building extensive WEB plugins and extensions to make Potcoin easily acceptable on all platforms (magento, wordpress, shopify, etc...)
As legalization is fast approaching in Canada, we are striving to make sure all our systems are GO to accommodate the flow of new Potcoin users and transactions. We are currently in negotiation with many MMJ Licensed Producers in Canada in order to accept Potcoin and offer it as a reward system to their patients. They are very excited about Potcoin and see the many benefits of a system like that for patients, producers, doctors and everyone involved in the industry.
2017 is going to be a big year for Potcoin and PotWallet. Many exciting news and developments to come.

It cant be true that from all these walls of positive mutterings comes the value, acceptance and awareness wopopopo which infiltrates the head of a big whale that decides to pump it up 30X. Do apps and extensions being built include the price monitoring plugin fro chrome? What do people pay for? For all-star logo of euro union idealism or greeny snapshot of plagiated converse footwear emblema?

Potcoin has multiple benefits over big brother bitcoin. One major benefit is that it's cheaper or even free to transact with verses btc. In a world of generalization, there will be a market for niche currencies. Specialized currencies for particular expressions will cater to the market instead of the market having to adapt to general standards. This tends to make things easier for the markets as they are already overloaded with development efforts. |

POT has seen a good pump. Lets not forget it had no volume for a long period of time. No activity has been detected in markets since the launch two years ago. This is suggestive of an irrational accumulation that has been secretly going on up until this point. Giving a guesstimate of when POT shoots again is a lath fence. Perhaps never.

Haha good try, but definitely not factual. The facts are that full legalization has begun - already fully legal in 8 states and is projected to go nationwide. Canada is projected to go legal. Wake up bro, the money here is staggering. $6 bilion industry in 2016 and $25 billion by 2020. Potcoin is first to market and has an ecosystem developing with the infrastructure. Promote POT and make a lot more! It is making higher lows and volume is up 20 fold from 100 days ago. Buy and hold for a year or two - it's the best advice you have ever been given  |

It looks like the pump simply established a new baseline foundation for another pump. As worldwide legalization takes hold, each new group of investors/ speculators will hold with strong hands. It is holding up quite well, above the original base from the original pump... hold! so its moving back again its seems that it was a good thing to invest again buying pot and wait for more movements to rise up for sure another double can be happen in no time pot already show it before so it can happen again just needed to make a good analysis where to place the entry. |

You can download the full POT blockchain from CryptoChainer.com. While the bootstrap.dat does work, it will take quite a while to sync for a blockchain this size. This blockchain will get you in sync almost instantly... |

Has anyone else had a problem with the official Android wallet? Mine always displayed "0" balance (actual balance was 473,000 POT) and "No connection" in red. It would not let me send out any POT. I just installed Coinomi and was able to use my Recovery Phrase from Android wallet to recover ALL of my hostage potcoins!!! Does anyone have a solution for getting hostages released from potwallet.com? I have a substantial amount there too and can offer a 20,000 POT bounty for anyone that can assist me in getting my POT from potwallet.com  |
