Sure it can and does happen especially with forks as coins you deposited and sold may no longer exist or returned to where they came. Yet we let you sell them. I would have to know more specifics but it does happen. Usually you need to contact the pool that sent the original tx and ask if they reappeared in the wallet or check your wallet and see if they are back.

I haven't had any trouble with Cryptsy other then slow deposits.

It will say confirmed 8 and takes another hour for it to hit my account for trading.

And i say too you people . Is it fair ? Is it FAIR that they do double spend on your account ?  No it isnt , why arent paying people back ? I have NO IDEA but this maybe because they are starting too be shady and soon to be run with people money . They are very high risk susceptible for that ! Considering that for DOUBLE SPEND they are IGNORE EVERY USER and not PAYBACK ! It's a shame too economical COMMUNITY that in 2014 you still OVERCHARGE / TAX / FEE your clients by your mistake !

^^ Hey guys I found a keyboard warrior. If cryptsy isn't up to you're standard make you're own exchange. my personal experience with cryptsy has been fantastic, afaik ive had 1 issue in my entire trading history with cryptsy and yes it took a long time to resolve but it got there in the end.

your bullshit exchange sucks john. i dont own another exchange i tell the truth.

you fucked me real good on grandcoin. i was up 400 percent, went to transfer to another exchange for an arb and my coins were missing for a week. i have to eat the loss now because of your bullshit exchange.  on top of this suddenly my bitcoin balance is negative and all i get from from support is the same response "if your still having troubles reply to this email".

well i did reply like 4-5 times and still no real answers.

if you have troubles with cryptsy file a complaint with finra.org if this continues they will be shut down.

in a regulated market you get your trades in settlement time  not when you feel like it. fuck you

That is what gets me the most, as it most likely does most people. I think we all understand that there will be down time and issues...but the total lack of communication is just compounding it... when people are left in the dark like they do almost all times.

Cryptsy fucked up my cancel order and my coins went missing, the price is dropping atm on my coins so there went my profits !
This isn't even the first time, countless times that has happened, learn from good sites cryptsy and FIX THE CODING!

Trading needs speed, Speed, SPEED! If things are blocked or take minutes (or even hours) to proceed can matter in losing or making lots of profit.

Now i'm sitting here and watching how things go on without being able to do something.

If your site doesn't run properly, warn us or just DON'T charge until things work! It's OK for me to pay your fees, but i wan't things to happen as they should on a trading site. One of the most important things is, guess what: SPEED.

Don't think that i will shut my mouth sooner or later. I wan't my issue solved! Make sure that i can withdraw everything when this issue is solved. So i can find a platform where customers don't be left standing in the rain.
