Hi Folks,

I have a BFL Bitforce Single using Cgminer, running on an Ubuntu Mac-Mini behind a firewall at work. Everything was great until a few weeks ago when it stopped working. I reinstalled the OS, Cgminer, etc. I was able to get it to work when I connected to my mobile hotspot, but when I connect to my LAN, no-go.

I am wondering what I can do to make it work again.

How do I configure Cgminer to access available ports.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,

behind a firewall at work.

I´d suggest that you ask your Systems Administrator at work. Probably he reviewed the firewall rules and is now blocking Ports 3333 and/or 8332 (depending on the mining protocol).
