Warren has invested in  gold and silver in the past afaik. It can't have been a primary or long term holding though.

The reason he'll avoid Bitcoin is because he doesn't understand it. The first tech company he ever bough shares in in IBM and that's hardly a tech company anymore is it? Wink

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!
