Old Path = AppData\Roaming\21

New path = AppData\Roaming\21coin

Yeah, We had to change it, cause there was some kind of error when the coin was named just '21' so in the code it is now named '21coin'.
For anyone else reading just copy your wallet.dat in the new directory.
