"Monica"

Material: Grade AAA Purpleheart
Price: $195 (plus shipping)

"Monica" is carved from the highest grade Purpleheart wood a person can ever get their hands on. This high grade Purpleheart only comes from the top 3 or 4 feet of trees that exceed 160 foot tall and contains the highest resin concentration of Purpleheart wood which leads it to turning the deepest "crown royal" purple color you will ever find.

Standing a commanding 15.5" tall and a large 3.75 inches round at her widest point, Monica commands attention in any room with her deep purple color and gold accented bitcoin carving. Monica comes with a stem ready for any 18mm sized bowl (Bowl Not Included) and is lined with a proprietary coating which makes her waterproof. Monica has a double reverse cone chamber which ensures smooth flow clean smoke and a tapered tube that guarantees a strong puff with each hit.

As with all wooden water pipes, even though they are water proof, it is not recommended to store your pipe with water in it. The acids in tap water can cause corrosion over time and eat away at your waterproof finish. Although they will hold purified clean water for hundreds of years, the same does not hold true for water that has impurities such as calcium, lime, chlorine, fluoride, and other acidic particles. It is best to empty Monica after each use.

The Purpleheart wood and gold for the carved inlay cost more than what i am asking for Monica. She was originally an $1,100 piece commissioned for a client but after drying and curing she got a very very slight warp on her bottom which causes her to sit about 3 degrees off center when on a flat table. Without taking measuring tools you will never notice the slight lean to her, but as an artist and a perfectionist i cannot sell a piece for $1,100 that is not 1,000% perfect so i am selling Monica and making a new piece for my client. Besides the very very slight lean, Monica is otherwise a perfect and beautiful piece sure to be a conversation piece for decades to come.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.
