What Happened: I along with about 15 or so others(just an estimate on my end no hard data there) have had our funds locked up in bitspoker.com  Player deposits seem to have either been mishandled or stolen, and there seems to be no desire for the owners of this site to make it right with their players. Withdraws are not being honored, and in spite of buyout offers in a thread on this site, they seem to keep dragging this out.

Amount Scammed: .035 btc in. Current chips stand at .05 BTC (my personal stake in this, there are others)

Payment Method: Bitcoin

Proof of Payment: https://blockchain.info/address/12VkT2DqNfVZQUHKdfYF67HSwkQe61uQ1L

Additional Notes: The money involved is minimal, that is not really the issue I have here. The problem is when the owners of the site wait for this to blow over and start running again to scam other people, and they are using this forum as an advertising platform. If they manage to repeatedly scam any amount of BTC there is a problem. People have lost larger amounts than me, hopefully they will follow suit and post here.
I hope this is a proper forum for this as I would like for these accounts to be labeled for what they are. There was a thread in the romanian forums that didn't really lead to resolution. Pretty sure that will die out. I realize this isn't really trade related, but it seemed the most appropriate place to put this.
I have refrained from negative feedback on Cyrus' profile due to the fact that to this point he seems to have made effort to remedy the player situation so i will hold off judgement there. The fact does remain though that he has involvement with this site.
Hopefully at least this keeps other people from playing at bitspoker, and getting scammed.

EXPRESSCOIN- Lose 20% of your value before even getting coins?!?!Sounds great!

Well the people who posted on grindabit for withdraws got them shortly after I posted this. I have no other information on the site. If a mod could move this to trash or something.
I would still proceed with caution here if anyone reads this.
