news of the D Las Vegas and the Golden Gate accepting Bitcoin starting today kicked off an extended discussion on one of the local talk-radio stations. Kevin Wall (the host) and the rest of his staff sound like they're highly receptive to the idea. They've been talking about it for about an hour. I got on the air shortly after 5 PM to correct a previous caller's misconceptions about Bitcoin inflation, which led into a very brief discussion of mining, altcoins, and one or two other things before I lost the connection. :-|
