The hacking of google dns servers is terrible. The problem is that people will blame myetherwallet.com. And in this case, myehterwallet.com has no fault.

As you might seen, ETH went into massive dump because of two main reasons:

1. OKEx, Poloniex and HitBTC stopped operating ETH related tokens ERC-20 because of the security issues with batchOverflow contracts.
2. MYETHERWALLET HACK happpened yesterday

Possible buy zone on the support level: 570/580 usd zone

ETH netwook has so many terrible which appearing time to time and create panic situation when it seems now it start moving in up trend. So many people lost their due to these technical issues and don't know how long it will continue.

The batch overflow was apparently only possible on a couple of ERC-20 coins which all used the same company for sc creation. The sc used in the exploit possesses a classic integer overflow problem.

very sorrowful!  i want to sell my few tokens so i saw few posts about batchoverflow so thats why i commented here.
now i got some bad news about ethereum. i will follow twitter hope so it will be normal soon..

Some positive critics is also necessary for healthy growth and development and that I also will do. This is actually suggestion because I care more of Ethereum and want it to keep playing its role in the progress of tokens. Instead of working on things it will be better to review the whole code once again to identify existed bugs to fix them before introducing more complicated ones.

what makes eth special now is its massive jump start on everything else in the space. does anyone truly believe any of the new competitors coming onto the scene will not have problems of their own as they start their own blockchains? EOS and ADA have absurd valuations for vapor at the moment. and that's indicative of the crypto market as a whole. especially EOS, the price is purely speculative at the moment and everyone is pricing it as if it will meet its ideal scenario without any hiccups along the way which, as we all know, never is the case.

Look at how many Ethereum ICOs accepted both ETH and BTC in the early days of Ethereum. It didn't really affect ETH did it?

ICOs are not affecting eth coin or its price after all ICOs owners wants eth price up after funds raised
but i think eth is affecting by its competitors
right now many competitors are trying to be better then eth and making better platform then ETH coin
EOS is one of them and i think at the top of eth's competitors.
but i don't think eth dev will remains silent and do nothing.
they will develop eth network more secure and faster and that's the only way to survive and remains top in the market

If dns server is the weak link why not log-in into myetherwallet via IP?
Why is myetherwallet not publishing their ips for safe use?
