Ethereum price is stable around $600 and there is no bull run in ethereum price yet. On the other side EOS launched the mainnet and EOS price getting upward after the launch of mainnet. Now start the competition between two top cryptocurrencies Ethereum and EOS but in my opinion EOS can't overtake ethereum.  Projects such as the EOS are the cause of the fall in the price of the ethereum, the developers of the EOS sell the received to the ICO ethereum tokens and thereby dump its price I doubt it. EOS had a year-long ICO. There's no reason to believe they're just now selling Eth from the ICO. |

Ethereum improves the performance of the chain by slice technology. ETH may cause many side chains to disappear.
You mean sharding. Sharding effectively makes many side chains, isolated from others, such that validators for some shards don't have to validate transactions from other shards. I don't see what you mean by "cause many side chains to disappear". |

Maybe he's saying that other eth-like chains will disappear because eth will be secure and fast AF.
About EOS, sorry but since it's not even a decentralized blockchain can't overtake anything in our beautiful decentralized world

If those eos supporters are arguing about the scalability problem of ethereum and it's just the matter of time until all of the layers will be implemented to the ethereum network. I remember vitalik has been telling us to make ethereum will be getting around 1 million transactions per second. It's more than enough to KILL eos. EOS is an overhyped project just like tron. EOS - a pump for pumping money investors into the pockets of the founders. Too large amount collected. Too much temptation to steal it. I would be very interested in knowing what salaries the main people like Dan Larimer get from those collected funds. It may be in the millions. |

yes no doubt eth is best for smart contracts and the team made the working platform in a year without any error. great achievement, that's why its second best cryptocurrency in the crypto world and about other project that having competition with eth is far behind from it. eos is about to launching their mainnet but eos needs still much time to develop like ethereum but then ethereum will developed more |

I heard a news that google is trying to pirate Vitalik Buterin. How is the update on that rumor? I doubt Vitalik will accept the offer. He should just focus on ethereum because that is his trademark and legacy. Who knows ethereum will become bigger than google in the future.
Nah he posted a comment on twitter and quickly deleted it. Why would VB EVER want to work? And for "mr psycho nice guy" google.. this has the same likelihood of EOS taking over ETH. Read: 0%. If the news appears about the increase in transaction speed, then the price may rise to 1500-2000 $. EOS is not a competitor to the ethereum in the coming year. |

Some projects migrate from Ethereum network . I think this is quite normal. A lot of projects are now on the Ethereum and for most Ethereum as the first stage in their development.
Yup, I want to divert all my coins to ethereum. As a proof, ethereum is now included on majority of coin exchange to fiat money on different countries. In fact in my country already, you can change eth to fiat money. I just hope no more problem with kitty. |

Just a question for experienced community members about the update on CFC chairman's statement regarding he thinks Ethereum is security. What can be impact of this on Ethereum in short to long term ? If anyone who understands the situation better can explain in simple words will be grateful. I personally think nothing is to be worried as whole token economy is standing on Ethereum but will hear other opinions too.
