No, this is a bad strategy. I think that right now, when its price has fallen, you need to buy it and keep it until the winter, and only then you will have a profit.

Yeah that's the why to grow your bitcoin using altcoins, but the above is good during the bull run of the market, when the market is in a bear condition, it is good to hold in bitcoin or any stable coin.

I agree with that i like to use my hodling of bitcoin into trading or invest on a trusted ICO project that will make you a bigger profit than hodling in for long term.

Hold is Bitcoin for long time, there is no much profit. You know why ?

Because if you only hold Bitcoin your balance will grow up only on USD rate. For example you hold 1 BTC . Current price 7500$. It's might 10k after some day. But you still have only 1 BTC.

Now think you have 1 btc and you convert it into BCH. Example for 1 BTC you get 10 BCH. Rate per bch is 0.1 BTC .

After some day if Bitcoin grow up, At the same time BCH also will grow up.
If bch rate grow 1.5 btc then you will have 1.5 BTC.

But before buy alt coin please select best coin to avoid dump.

So what you think. Hold alt coin or Bitcoin ?

thank you for the translation. I want to straighten out what you said above, holding bitcoin for a long time is not good if you don't sell it at a high price.
but for me holding bitcoin for a long time is the best thing, because the price of bitcoin in the next few years will increase.

Yes, we need them but not as many as they are now. It gives investors and enthusiasts a wide range of choice

For me, it is best to hold both bitcoin and altcoin. I hold a few coins and do it for long term, I think holding it will result to a good profit in the future. So holding it is a much better way for me to earn, I just have to be patient for my profit.

I think Bitcoin is still very worthwhile Hold, but it depends on the price we buy on Bitcoin. If the price is very high at the time of purchase, it should be sold in advance!

If you want to grow up the amount of Bitcoin, but without having to enter the realm of altcoin. Just trade BTC/USD and USD/BTC all the time, long and short time. example; buy BTC at $3000, and sell it for $19000. Buy again when the price going down at $6000 and sell again $7000. always going grows up your money and your bag BTC. If you want to hold BTC, try to split the balance. so you can focus at long-term with half of the capital/fund and use half to short-term trade.

I also think that as long as there is an opportunity to earn more bitcoin this opportunity should be used because another may already not be

I agree that trading with multiple types of cryptocurrencies could increase your income considerably, but if you just want a safe investment than go for bitcoin, and wait for it to develop passively.
I also agree. We need to diversify but choose our coins wisely not to regret dealing in shitcoins. Safe investments are Bitcoin and Ethereum, maybe a few other altcoins.

The best solution is to make a portfolio of TOP coins. But BCH as an eventuality is a bad idea:))

Meanwhile BitcoinCash is about ~0.07 now so those who bought it for 0.1 may be disappointed Smiley
Also, what if price of Bitcoin will begin rise not connected to price of BCH? For example Bitcoin will become $12k while BCH will remain $500 - it is less than 0.1, isn't it?

I think Bitcoin is a long-held cryptocurrency, and the encryption market itself is also a long-term investment market. The value of Bitcoin is high and its value will not be reflected in a short period of time.

No, I don't think so. I think Bitcoin is a long-held cryptocurrency. And the encryption market is also a long-term investment market, because the price of cryptocurrency will not be released in a short period of time.

It would be far better if you have a high level of analysis. So you can see the potential and performance of each coin. As if you want to hold bitcoin, you know when the right time for bitcoin is fought for, when is bitcoin being pumped. That way you will not need a long time to get extraordinary results from bitcoin. Because bitcoin will soon increase very significantly. But there is nothing wrong if you want to hold it in the long run, as long as you are able to survive and be patient in waiting.

Why not? because bitcoin itself is currently experiencing price reductions and we should hold back to be able to get the best price from bitcoin later.

That's a great idea I also believe that during the growth it is better to have in your portfolio a lot of different altcoins and not bitcoin. I love bitcoin but some altcoins technology is much better and more perfect than bitcoin. I choose altcoins, too. But choosing the right altcoin is really difficult.
