Kinda hard to work in the Crypto space when there is a lynch mob waiting around every corner.

A lynch mob around every corner is an entirely appropriate response given the flood of criminals that have swamped this place.

Check the original COL thread if you want to learn more. The fork rewrote the last 1000? or more 5M COL blocks, before the first halving. mudder and his insider chums made off with BILLIONS.

The fun begins only 9 pages in..

@mudda Your disclaimer does not supercede consumer and criminal law. You and your insider buds will be held accountable.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

@mudda Your disclaimer does not supercede consumer and criminal law. You and your insider buds will be held accountable.

Is this from drugs. Disclaimers stand in court and 99% of what your saying is incorrect.

Now ask yourself dickhead, if a manufacturer produces poison and someone else poisons someone, is the manufacturer liable? No chance. The contract or terms of use stated do not use, this is a test client. Not only that there was no malicious code or intent to be malicious. The very fact col actually worked though some very annoying and unsolved crypto issues was the point and it's clear intent. It was a live test client.

Disclaimers stand in court and the very fact all these coins are in beta means they should be used at own risk.

That is why your bullshit veggie cries will fall on deaf ears for eternity.

I could just imagine it- hey this guy made code and released it and told no one to use it. I did and fucked up, can I sue him. To which the response will be 100% of the time- get the fuck out and stop wasting our time and being so stupid.

Now keep saying shit, I don't care but please at least get things right and get in your head. The more you carry on like a dick, the bigger dick you become.

In regards to consumer law I would have had to directly sell you something and that deal would be a contract. Now since I never sold the code or the code was available free and open source, there is no transaction between myself and the consumer.

Learn what the fuck open source is, how it works and why it's done. Cause right now your not just attacking me, your attacking every developer and member of this community.

One more example is OpenSSL- now does every body have the right to sue those who contributed to OpenSSL? If you think you have the right and power to sue me you not only would have to list myself but all those who contributed to boost, OpenSSL, upnp, qt, mingw etc. you not trying to make a case here against me but the whole open source community as a whole. The community the launched and is foundations for what is most of what we do today!

It is clear and present that your gripe is not with me but the open source community as a whole. Since all you want to do is cause harm to this community I am locking this thread and leaving this here as a clear and present indication of your intentions and beliefs.

I'll add one more thing- I have never had insider knowledge of any alt I have helped or produced would be listed on an exchange. I have some people I would call friends in these places and those people will confirm I never asked to be directly listed or did I ever have any knowledge of a coin about to be listed at an exchange before the public.
