I deleted peers.dat and restarted wallet. Now its sync.

YEs its true.... I had the same problem, did what you did and now it`s OK

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Leafcoin delete peers.dat   and restart wallet

Sent a msg to mcg about putting the simple fix in the OP.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Something clearly wrong somewhere, majorminer now at almost 300% for the next block, after a 500% block.  Look at the blocks graph and its very strange.

should be finding a block every 20 minutes or so, yet has found only two in about 2.5 hours...

Are we sure this is on the right fork?

major pool hashrate 200mh/s, network hash rate 3gh/s. Yep it's good (that's like 7% of all hash rate)

At 7% it should result in a block every 15-20 minutes, not one every hour.

Now at 1200% for a block.  WTF?

Most likely a visual error, Stratum probably fine, just pool page showing false data.

bah...prices still pummeling down

It's not plummeting at all, price is steady at 13/14 sato on cryptsy and 14 on coinmarket, which is very good considering the unavoidable dumps from multipools/large farms on the easy diff block.

I realise some would still hope for a drop to 10/11/12 to grab it cheaper before the prices rises, but I don't think many would sell at this levels - it's very cheap now for this coin...

I've been mining at updamoon constantly for the past 24+ hours and after the diff adjustment began getting payouts quite regularly overnight. Check your transaction history, perhaps there are only 4 unconfirmed because everything's been confirmed and paid out to you recently?

That's good, network hash rate is high so the confirms are fast and you should have payments out.

Considering the reward can only be 250,000 max, then I think you must be reading it wrong  as what you pasted is a 20 million reward
