Oh that, that has nothing to do with bdd, that's just slow and greedy ass havelock, still charging .001 fee for fast withdraws and dragging ass till they get ready to send it. Aka manual withdraws.  So much for there new automatic system.  Hope you weren't in a hurry.

By the time stamp on the forms ~ 6 hours to get paid?

That sounds about right, sure hope you don't try to withdraw at night, might as well wait till the next day, no one is at home then...

i think they have some preferred times over day to process withdrawals.
maybe weekdays too - not for a long time it was 2+ days for me - ca friday night to monday or so...
i learned to fire-and-forget my requests and then be glad when they are home
