Personally, I find peace in my life doing what I love, being to myself, and being with the one that I committed to. Love is the cure of to everything and it brings me peace knowing I have these things in life that I can run to.

One way for me to find peace is for me to cultivate a peaceful quality so as for me to peaceable to all men, i also need to avoid bad associates so i wont get involve into trouble because bad association spoil useful habit.

This is the never-failing method in life to remove mental stress and anxiety and replace it with peace and calm. When you laugh you reach that moment in life where everything is forgotten and when you return you are lighter, calmer and peaceful.

I also think love and being yourself is very important. In addition to these, I can say that, trying to help people around me gives me peace of mind. |

peace needs compassion, attention, love. I think we have lost that trait-the nature of compassion. Not analyzing what compassion is-it can be analyzed very easily
