As long as CME is there BTC pump will be under manipulated. Check their website. This is just a pre pump we could see another bottom. I know bitcoin future will expire on september and after that ETF will approve bitcoin then that's the time bitcoin will pump.

Bitcoin price went up in December 2017 because of some positive news (entering Chicago exchange, first real estate deal using BTC, ...), but in fact all this optimism was exaggerated.
There are no prerequisites in July for BTC to recover to at least $8k as the CFTC (U.S. COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING COMMISSION) criminal investigation concerning some of the exchanges is still ongoing.
Based on the experience, such cases can last for months, so we should be as pessimistic as we could when calculating our future prospects.
